Frequently asked questions

Pool cage painting and rescreening FAQs

What does the free estimate include?

Time required, paint and labor, and a short list of things you can do before we arrive so the job goes fast. Written, valid for 30 days, in person or from three photos.

How often should a pool cage be repainted?

A good paint job lasts 15 to 20 years in Florida sun and salt air. If the frame is chalking, fading or showing rust at the bolts, it is time.

Is painting really cheaper than a new cage?

Yes — typically up to 70% less, and done in days instead of the months a permit, engineering and a new build take. If the frame is not worth saving, we tell you at the estimate.

Do you rescreen after painting?

Yes. The old screen comes off before painting; new mesh and spline go on once the paint has cured, so the cage leaves our hands finished.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed & insured for our area (CGC 1528952). Ask for the certificate with your estimate.
